Actor Ron Silver visited the CI Centre to research the part he will be playing: Hanssen's supervisor.

 

Silver ended up coming on the same day Hanssen was sentenced, May 10, and attended the morning sentencing with David Major, Lawrence Schiller and Paul Moore.

 

David Major with Ron Silver, who will play the character Mike Fine, a composite of David Major and senior FBI managers. Major knew Hanssen for over 20 years as colleagues and supervisor/employee.

 

David Major gives suggested reading material about the Bureau and spy cases to Ron Silver at the CI Centre library.
