Yassin Omar, 26, studied for a GNVQ in intermediate science which included using hydrogen peroxide…The substance, commonly used as hair bleach, was said to be the main ingredient of the rucksack bombs which failed to explode on July 21, 2005. The alleged bombers bought hundreds of litres of the bleach from hair and beauty shops in the months before the attacks.
