Noel E. Jones

CI Centre Professor Noel E. Jones is a retired US Army military intelligence officer who specialized in strategic offensive counterintelligence operations. Jones was the first and longest serving Director of Operations in the US Army's Foreign Counterintelligence Activity.

Jones earned a bachelors degree in government, a masters degree in education, and he is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the US Armed Forces Staff College.
