The
Centre for and Security Studies' Intelligence Speakers Bureau
(ISB) specializes in providing knowledgeable experts in intelligence,
counterintelligence, counterterrorism, security to give
speeches/lectures at conferences, meetings, conventions, organizations,
colleges, schools, special events, etc.
We can also provide lectures/speakers for government
departments and agencies as well as for government contractors who must comply
with the NISPOM requirement of providing annual security awareness briefings
to its employees.
The speakers of Intelligence Speakers are
retired intelligence, counterintelligence, security and counterterrorism
officers from various intelligence services in the US and other countries.
Speakers also include intelligence authors and historians. This is a unique
opportunity to meet and hear from people who can help you understand the
issues that we face today.

Intelligence Speakers is run by the CI Centre of Alexandria, VA, whose principal
is David G. Major. Major is a
retired senior FBI Supervisory Special Agents who has a passion for the
intelligence profession and helping others understand the importance of the
intelligence in our nation's security. He has been teaching
counterintelligence courses since 1995. A majority of the lecture topics come from
CI Centre courses, which are
very popular and highly rated. The principal speakers of Intelligence
Speakers are professors at the CI Centre, are very experienced in
giving speeches, and have a wealth of knowledge to impart to your group.
